Portland CNC Cabinet Parts & Cut-List Production

Cabinet Parts, Cut and Labeled, Ready to Assemble

If you run a cabinet shop or a remodel crew, you already know where the time goes: breaking down sheets, chasing a sixteenth, sorting a pile of parts that all look alike. Send us the cut list instead.

We nest it, cut it, bore it, dado it, label every part, and stack it by cabinet. You get a pallet you can assemble straight off, not a puzzle. Same parts, same numbers, every run.

Take the overflow job you were about to turn down. Keep your guys installing and billing instead of standing at the saw.

What We Run For The Trades

  • Cut-list CNC parts for cabinet shops and contractors — nested, cut, bored, dadoed, labeled per part, stacked by cabinet
  • Overflow processing when your shop is booked — your sheet goods or ours
  • Drop-off edgebanding on parts you cut yourself
  • Slab doors and drawer fronts, a la carte
  • FlatPak kits for DIY and owner-builders — frameless boxes cut and labeled, ready to assemble
  • Custom one-off routing — panels, signage, templates, closet systems
  • Shipped components beyond Portland, including Utah and California

Send Us A Job

Email your cut list or DXF files to scott@foundrycabinets.com, or call (360) 606-1106 and walk us through it. We will review the files, confirm material, and come back with pricing and a schedule before anything goes on the table.

We design in SketchUp and cut from Vectric Aspire and VCarve toolpaths, and we take DXF files and cut lists exported from other shops’ software.

Equipment

  • AES Extreme Ultra 1632 CNC nesting router — 5×10 flat table, HSD spindle, vacuum hold-down
  • Felder sliding table saw — breaks down jumbo 83×110 sheets to nesting size
  • SCM Olimpic K 560 edgebander — PVC, ABS, and wood veneer
  • Soukup press
  • PEAC compressor with SX air treatment
  • Forklift for pallet and sheet handling, plus a dump trailer

Materials We Commonly Run

Prefinished maple plywood, melamine and TFL, PET super-matte, MDF, and hardwood plywood. Maximum sheet on the nesting table is 5×10; jumbo 83×110 stock gets ripped on the Felder first.

Common Questions

Can you cut parts from my cut list or DXF files?

Yes. Send DXF files or a cut list exported from your software and we will nest and run it. We design in SketchUp and generate toolpaths in Vectric Aspire and VCarve, and we regularly process files from other shops.

What size sheets can you run?

Our AES Extreme Ultra 1632 has a 5×10 flat table, so 5×10 is the maximum sheet we nest. Jumbo 83×110 sheets get ripped down on our Felder sliding table saw first, so oversized material is not a problem.

What materials do you run?

Prefinished maple plywood, melamine and TFL, PET super-matte, MDF, and hardwood plywood. We can run your material or supply it.

Do parts come labeled and organized?

Yes. Parts are cut, bored, dadoed, labeled per part, and stacked by cabinet, so your crew assembles instead of sorting.

Can you edgeband parts I cut myself?

Yes. Drop-off edgebanding is a standalone service. We run PVC, ABS, and wood veneer on an SCM Olimpic K 560.

Do you ship outside the Portland area?

Yes. We ship CNC components beyond Portland, including projects in Utah and California.

Can you do a one-off instead of a full cabinet job?

Yes. Slab doors and drawer fronts are available a la carte, and we take one-off routing work including panels, signage, templates, and closet systems.
